To maximize food waste utilization, it is necessary to understand the effect of process variables on product distribution. this day, there a lack studies evaluating effects multiple HTC waste. A Design Experiment (DoE) approach has been used investigate influence three distribution and composition streams from This work evaluates hydrothermal carbonization conditions utilization capabilities hydrochar Parametric analysis was carried out with design experiments central composite rotatable (CCRD) response surface methodology (RSM). Derringer’s desirability function employed perform multi-response evaluation. The optimized were 260.4 °C, 29.5 min reaction time, 19.6% solid load. predicted responses EMC = 2.7%, SY 57.1%, EY 84.7%, ED 1.5, HHV 31.8 MJ/Kg, 0.68. Temperature load had significant all evaluated responses, while time non-significant.
